Marconi Red Roasting Pepper SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER These HUGE, sweet red fruits grow to 12 inches long. They are an Italian variety that are delicious eaten fresh or fried, but are made for roasting. After roasting, you can jar them with olive oil and herbs for a delicious treat served hot or cold.
Habanada Sweet Pepper SPRING AND SUMMER The world’s first “heat-less” habanero! Instead of heat, it delivers a blast of sweet tropical flavors. Excellent seared, braised, roasted, or raw. Can be used at the green stage, but it reaches the pinnacle of flavor and texture when it turns bright orange.
Poblano Pepper SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER A large, dark green, heart-shaped mildly hot pepper. Can serve stuffed for Chili Rellenos. Turns from green to dark red and develops a bit more heat. Also great in enchiladas. Called Ancho when dried.

Pickling Cucumber SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER Medium length 3-5 inch fruits that have a distinctive, bright emerald green color. Vines are compact, multibranching, and yield well even under stress. Great for fresh eating, and pickling!
English Cucumber SPRING ONLY Glossy, spineless cukes with tiny seed cavities, crisp texture, and excellent flavor. A prolific yielder of remarkably straight, uniform fruits. Harvest at 9–14" long.
Japanese Round Eggplant SPRING AND SUMMER Similar to an Italian eggplant, it is considered a delicacy. This unique fruit is round with a flat bottom and purple-black skin. It has creamy, dense flesh, and sweet flavor. Harvest when fruits are 4 inches in diameter, and weigh about 1/2 pound.
White Eggplant SPRING AND SUMMER This stunning white fruit grows to 6-8 inches long with thin skin, and no spines. You can use these just like other eggplants: Grilled, baked, or sautéed !
Japanese Long Eggplant SPRING AND SUMMER This high quality fruit grows over 8 inches long with brilliant black skin and a purple calyx. The tender flesh is nearly seedless.

Leafy Plants
Microgreens SPRING AND SUMMER Whether you choose broccoli or kale micros, these tiny sprouts are bursting with flavor and nutrients. Their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens. Research comparing microgreens to more mature greens reports that nutrient levels in microgreens can be up to nine times higher than those found in mature greens! Just snip and enjoy on top of a salad or as a snack.

Salanova Leaf Lettuce SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER Crunchy leaves that maintain shape as a whole head, but work great for cut salad. Crisp like romaine, but sweet and juicy.

Dandelion Greens SPRING AND SUMMER These greens are medicinal and not the same plant as the dandelion flower. Tender and uniform Italian dandelion that delivers a high yield. The leaves are pleasantly bitter that can be used in salads, soups, and braised vegetable dishes for a boost of potassium, antioxidants, and Vitamins A and C. Also anti-inflammatory!
Savoy Spinach SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER The thick, dark green, shiny, spoon-shaped leaves grow upright on pale green petioles. It has a mild flavor when harvested young. A wonderful source of protein and Vitamins! 21 D for Baby Leaves.
Swiss Chard SPRING AND SUMMER The beautiful mix of red, yellow, orange, pink and white stems have dark green, multi-colored veined savoy leaves which will add depth and texture to your greens mix. This variety can be enjoyed fresh or cooked. Prepare over low heat in a tall pan, with oil, sesame seeds until it wilts. Add soy sauce and a little honey.
Sorrel SPRING AND SUMMER The tender, fresh green leaves can grow to about 8" long and have an intense lemony flavor. Use sparingly in salads or generously in cocktails, soups and sauces, and especially with fish. 40 D to Maturity • 1 sq. ft. Mustard Greens SPRING These yummy greens have a somewhat spicy mustard flavor similar to horse radish. Enjoy them fresh in salads, for pickling, blended with oil for dressing, and cooked in soups or stir fry dishes.
Legumes
French Filet Beans SPRING ONLY The delicious, rich flavor of these thin, straight, tender beans is unlike any other. Easy to grow, they reach their flavor peak at 5-7" long. Great source of fiber, protein, Vitamins A, C, and K.
Winged Bean SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER Almost every part of this tropical plant is edible: The beans (used as a vegetable), the leaves (cooked like spinach), and the roots (similar to potato). High in protein and rich in vitamin A, C, calcium, and iron.
Yardlong Burgundy Beans SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER These burgundy beans have an unusual purple-red color, and grow to 16 inches long! The pods are smooth and tender and lose their vibrant color when cooked.
Root Crops

Herbs & Flowers

Lemon Basil SPRING ONLY Organically grown Lemon Basil Plants have a bright citrus flavor and are long lasting, easy to grow plants.
Thai Basil SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER Small leaf Thai basil. Very strong almost minty flavor. Produces a dark purple flower that is also edible. A must for Thai cooking.
Italian Oregano SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER Fresh or dried oregano add to Italian, Spanish and Mexican dishes. Use in salad, chili, tomato sauce, meats, and pizza.
Cilantro SPRING ONLY A must in Mexican food, especially salsa. A tart, lemon/lime taste. Aids in digestion and helps remove toxins in the body.
Italian Parsley SPRING AND PARTIAL SUMMER A green herb with serrated leaves and a clean, slightly peppery taste. The entire herb—stem and all—can be used in herb bundles for flavoring stocks, soups, and sauces, but more often the leaves are stripped from the stems and chopped, commonly used as a garnish or in salads.
